University Operator assisted conference calls can connect up to 3 participants and must be scheduled at least 1 day in advance by calling the University Operator. Each participant will be called by a University Operator at the time of the conference and placed on the bridge that connects all parties.

Toll charges for each participant will be activated through an AT&T credit card number available through MSU Physical Plant billing at (517) 355-3375 extension 5. Each AT&T credit card is associated with a departmental account and limits are placed on the number of calls that can be charged each month. You can download the application form here.

There is no set up fee for this service and each participant is billed a one-time set-up fee and per minute for the duration of the call. Each caller must hang up properly at the end of the call to avoid unnecessary toll charges.
