In our efforts to maintain and upgrade our cable tv network, we are targeting certain buildings for wiring and equipment upgrades. These upgrades are being done to provide better signal and picture quality to our end users. As these upgrades occur we are auditing all billable connections. Customers that are not currently paying for ETV (Entertainment Television) Service are being switched to the free ITV (Instructional Television) service. You can see the different cable service packages available on campus on our cable tv website at http://www.cabletv.msu.edu.
Check your billing statement to see which outlets are currently marked as having ETV service. If you wish to add ETV service, or ensure you don't lose services you are currently receiving, you can call Telecom Customer Support at 3-5515.
Sort all your reports by "Report Title" after logging in and clicking on "View or Export Invoices". This will ensure that each report is displayed in chronological order by year/month (e.g. 2008-03). The "date" field on the far right is misleading and we are working to remove it from the screen view.
Please keep in mind that each month may have two reports (PDF and Excel/Text File) depending on your department requirements. After clicking on your report scroll to the bottom and select "Export" to open or save your file in the appropriate file format.
