Business Hours

Monday through Friday -- open 8am to 12pm and 1pm to 5pm, all other times, leave voicemail for Support. If you experience a critical system failure outside of normal business hours please follow voice prompts to speak with a dispatcher.

If the support number is not functioning you may contact the university operator (dial '0' from a campus telephone or (517) 355-1855 from an off-campus telephone) to report your outage.
