Audio Conferencing Services

Overview

Audio Conferencing services are offered in two different forms: a 6-party conference initated from an Avaya PBX telephone or toll-free reservationless dial-in conferencing from AT&T.

Avaya 6-party conferencing

Avaya PBX telephones can connect up to 6 different parties to an audio conference. You will have to manually dial each contact and add them to the conference yourself. Instructions are available for specific phone models on the Training page.

Please note: your department will be responsible for any long-distance charges incurred by audio conferencing.


AT&T toll-free dial-in conferencing

AT&T Teleconference Services provides department users the ability to initiate audio conference services at competitive rates. There is no maximum to the number of participants in an AT&T toll-free audio conference. AT&T toll-free dial-in conferencing is available from any phone, anywhere.

  • Automated Access Bridge Arrangement Caller Paid Dial In
  • Automated Access Bridge Arrangement Caller Paid Dial In Reservationless
  • Operator Assisted Bridge Arrangement Caller Paid Dial In
  • Conference Recording Services
